How do I return an item?

Grade A Tools LLC Returns & Refunds

Customers may return STOCK items that are unused within 7 days of purchase for a 100% product refund. All freight charges incurred in this transaction are the responsibility of the customer. After 7 days items that are unused may be returned with a 25% restocking charge. Refunds will be made on credit cards for credit card purchases and by company check for all other purchases.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charge.  No credit will be issued for shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.

Special Order or Non-Stock Items
All Non-stock or Special Order Items will have 25-50% Restocking Charges/Fees applied depending on manufacturer.
This includes drop shipped items.

All returns to GradeATools.com must be accompanied by a (RMA#) Return Merchandise Authorization Number . You may request an RMA Number by sending an email to: returns@gradeatools.com

Products that meet the following criteria Will Qualify for the 7 Day Return Policy:

Product is in original packaging
Product is in no way damaged or missing parts
RMA Number has been issued

NOTE: RMA must be requested no later than 30 Days after Purchase and Returned product must be received No later than 40 Days of Purchase to Qualify for a refund.

If the merchandise you ordered has been damaged in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. It is imperative that we are contacted immediately in order for the merchandise to be returned and replaced. It Is the responsibility of the Purchaser to Inspect Package Upon delivery for damage and note any damage to Item or packaging. Damages to Package that are not noted on bill of lading may Void your Claim.
