MO-Clamp 3071 MO-TY Chain Tie Down Anchor Pull Pot - The harder you pull the firmer it wedges. Allows full 360 degrees of pull without chain touching floor. Can be removed and installed in a different location. When correctly installed, top is flush with floor when not in use. Can be easily cleaned by lifting top. A 3-1/2" (89mm) cored hole is required in concrete floor.
