Hutchins 3960  Vacuum Extraction Random Orbital Sander - Designed for today’s needs.  The 3960 offers the same aggressive material removal as the 3560 only in a vacuum extraction configuration.  Constructed with a composite motor housing and shroud, this sander delivers vibration-free sanding in a light-weight package.  The unique 4 bearing support and over-sized drive head eliminate pad wobble and insure full pad support.Includes patented pad release feature.
