Hutchins 2001  Eliminator Geared Rotary Air Sander-Polisher - Powered by geared 18,500 RPM Air-Efficient Motor with 18.1 gear reduction.  Low-speed torque uses "shaving action" to replace the tearing and gouging of high speed sanding.  Surface heat and panel warpage eliminated along with mid-sanding cycles necessary to remove damage inflicted in high speed abuse.  High-torque, low speed makes eliminator a superb polisher with use of polishing kit option for immediate conversion.
